Mothers are definitely the best
They always answer to the test
That’s why they’re better than the rest
Knowing them we are blessed.
–
Mothers made us our food
Showed how to be good
Did everything for us they could
Like every mother should.
–
Mothers taught us what to say
How to happily play
That there weren’t enough hours in the day
Mine even taught me how to pray.
–
Mothers fix our many scrapes
Don’t tolerate when we act like apes
Sometimes give us fruit and grapes
As long as we don’t stay in the drapes.
–
Mothers are why we are alive
Many taught us how to drive
When mine did I wasn’t sure if she’d survive
Thanks to my mother I learn and thrive.
–
Mothers show up every day
They keep our tantrums all at bay
We hope forever they will stay
With that wish, I often pray…

Bless all the mom’s out there that are like this. Bless all the moms out there that lover their children and want to forever be in their lives, as there are many broken hearted like me, whose mother chose to shun and disown me, because I left her cult, her religion, her God.

The saddest part is, while I do miss having a mother, I rarely think of her now. To much time has gone by, she hasn’t spoken to me in 8 years. She knows nothing about me anymore.
