Are you a leader or a follower?

Honestly, I’m a bit of both. in music, I was a leader for many years as drum captain and first chair. In Junior High and in high school.

In technology and in my job now I also am a leader, and I frequently run meetings and present information to management.

I’m very also relaxed that’s where I’m not a leader too. I’m really go with the flow. I’m by no means and alpha. I’m more like a theta lol
