When much younger

At my maternal grandma’s house

Was a chandelier.

The living room 

Allowed sunlight through its crystals 

On sunny afternoons.

The brilliant sun

Ignited them in multicolor fire

In such beauty.

The crystals shown

Their rainbow luminescence on everything

Dancing on walls.
