That’s a really interesting last line, “she’s grounded.” It has two opposite meanings: Usually, “You’re grounded” means you lost your privileges and can’t go out on dates, or can’t fly your plane for eight months. On the other hand, “well grounded” means a person has a firm base — in this case, she’s passed her legacy on to her grandkids very nicely. And I bear my granny’s roots, going back to Irish-Australians five generations ago!
