Too much pondering
Will give you a big headache
Do not overthink
In stillness, I find my way,
Letting go of endless thoughts…

Me too, I’m trying to turn it into prose and get it out of my head instead of dwelling on it.

Maybe I should start writing it all out. Just “bleh” it all onto paper…

What I do is I re-investigate feelings and memories and then I put down words when I do. Seems to be pretty effective because people are always offering me condolence on whatever happened, but it happened years ago. It must mean I’m doing it right? Lol

I was going through the same thing… it’s… certainly made me reevaluate a lot of what I’m putting out there, and how. But… as for what you write: YES! It means you’re doing it perfectly! You’re expressing those thoughts and feelings perfectly!

Being a guy in an empath isn’t easy, I’ll tell you. It goes completely against societal type for men, yet here I am.
I used to fight it, but I don’t anymore, I’m stuck with it since infancy at least. But it has helped me as a musician or writer and a technician and computers and a technical writer, so I guess I can’t complain too much. Lol 😂

It’s hurt me a lot too, but you’re right and I do now I don’t fight it anymore. 😊

I feel that. Both a blessing and a curse, but… a gift, nonetheless.
