WordPress wisdom I must find

Patience of another kind.

–

Glitches, clicks, and occasional crashes

Slowness and my smart phone flashes.

–

Adding subscriptions is the rule

And growing your subscribers too.

–

Scheduling drafts for publication release

Writing and pictures and adding with ease.

–

At least I don’t get “no internet connection” now

They have remediated that bug, wow!

–

Jetpack too, is what I use

Sure bets web browser abuse.

–

In the end, WordPress beats writing a letter

With each rendition getting better and better…

How a Poem Comes to Life

Each exhibit begins with an inspiration.

–

This leads to a written line or two

These are rhymed and placed into a format.

–

Subsequent lines come quickly afterward

Then additional stanzas appear, if needed

Finally, a closure line, signing, and art imagery are added…

To Write or Not to Write

To write or not to write

Surely a dilemma day or night.

–

To rhyme, in free verse of haiku

Just not sure what to do.

–

Finding the words that fit the best

Always puts us to the test.

–

Just like braving a wild river in a raft

With little else to fall on but our craft.

–

Syllables, rhymes, beats in mind

Putting them together can be a bind,

–

Shear determination is the rock

In the battle of writer’s block.

–

Just keep going, working hard

Hoping it’s met with high regard.

–

Ending lines, make them clean

Or else your poem will never be seen…

Odd I hit another milestone today. This is my 501st written submission on here.

That seems like a lot and I again thank you all for reading and encouraging my writing.
