Missing my youth 

The unknown was so exciting

It still is.

For us all.

I miss childhood

The simplicity of it all

I’m done adulting.

Now, I’m older 

I am far smarter knowing,

All I want.

Rather than what,

I think that I need

Makes a difference.

Wants replace needs…
