Three Things Challenge #M762

SCARE

Bereft of Sauce

Bill’s Burger Joint is at a loss

They’ve run out of secret sauce.

–

It was gone, they did not have any left

Their hamburgers now scarcely bereft

–

And no one quite knows the cause…

  2. 3-8 ounce cream cheese

    8-12 ounces mild cheddar cheese

    1 packet of ranch dip/dressing mix

    beer-I use ultra

    4-6green onions-chopped depending on how much onion you like

    Mix the cream cheese with the cheddar cheese, ranch mix and beer. I add about 1/2 cup at a time. I generally end up using just under a cup of beer. Stir in green onions. Mix until you like the consistency

    Pour extra green onions on top and a little extra cream cheese.

    I use pretzels for my dipping pleasure. My kids enjoy the pretzels too, but some have used tortilla chips

  4. Yummy cheesy beer sauce for a little dippin’ cause they are so beyond yummy with my pretzels. Don’t allow a scare to settle in, I dare you, mix a little cream cheese with some cheddar and beer and begin.
