What TV shows did you watch as a kid?
There are a great many shows I liked as a kid and I’m very nostalgic in my older years now, as I still love many of these shows. Some were in syndication mornings and afternoons. Others were part of prime time TV. And still others were part of daily or Saturday morning cartoons.
Growing up in the 1970s and 1980s afforded me a lot of great television.

I was all about Saturday mornings as a kid….there were other programs, I remember a bit about the flying nun with Sally Field….we’re talking the 60s, and some of the cartoons were, um, far out..I remember one that I cannot remember the name of, but think it involved a bunch of hippy surfer dudes living in a tree house?……there was Rocky and Bullwinkle, with Mr Peabody……..when a little older, MASH and All in the Family……Petticoat Junction, Green Acres, the Beverly Hillbillies, Gilligan’s Island….and of coursr Hockey Night in Canada….the Odd Couple?
