I stand and I fall

The world is moving violently

I close my eyes

Everything is still moving

I feel myself taken by it

Caught up in the endless motion

–

It’s almost like I feel this wave

Taking me away and whirling me about

–

Nothing is still

Looking in the mirror I appear to be moving

–

Everything takes on a violent spin

All I can do is lay down and take it all in

–

Even in the quiet darkness

Everything is still moving though I lay still

–

Drifting to thankful sleep

The dizziness haunts my dreams…
