I’m not going to write now I refuse
But then the words come that I must use
–
My creativity is taking abuse
Yet my compulsion writes as I choose
–
If you were in my shoes
You’d understand my views
–
So my brain without relief, stews
I’d rather be restful on a cruise
–
Alas, here I again sharing my truths

I try to quit writing, but my brain won’t let me! Yet, it fails to keep me inspired. That’s where my heart kicks in.
